Upon completion of the three-year academic study, students will undergo a six-month internship program. This program focuses on an in-depth understanding of heart function and monitoring heart rate. Cardiac Care Technicians are trained to assess the functioning of the heart and assist in diagnosing patients, as well as supporting physicians during invasive cardiovascular procedures. Cardiology technicians play a crucial role in critical care units such as the ICU, ICCU, and CAT lab. They provide assistance in caring for patients with cardiac conditions, utilizing life-saving equipment like defibrillators, humidifiers, heart-lung machines, and oxygen therapy.
